Order Processing

Order Confirmation:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please review it for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.

  • We do not accept responsibility for mistakes which may occur on orders placed.

  • Orders are placed via our website and we only work on emails for bulk quotes.

  • Please also note we do not keep ready-made Gel but we start preparation upon receiving an order

Shipping:

  • We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • Customers can use they own couriers or collect themselves

  • We will send you an email to collect when parcel is ready or send tracking number if we must courier

  • When using own courier please give the courier the customer info that is on the quote

  • Please take note we and The Courier Guy don’t work on public holidays and weekends

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by Ital- Sea Moss is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ital- Sea Moss will contact you with alternatives.

We'd like you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly return the product(s) under the below conditions:

  • Products are still in good condition/in original packaging

  • Original proof of purchase "receipt" is provided

  • Products can only be returned within same day, starting from the time of delivery (Not the time of purchase)

  • No refund shall be accepted after the stipulated return timeline.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact our WhatsApp line on the same day of delivery on 074 776 1991 or Call us on 062 268 4194. We will check our system to see what went wrong. If there was any mix-up with your order, we will arrange to swap the wrong product for the one you actually ordered.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • We don’t amend sales quotes after payment has been made

  • IF CASH PAYMENTS ARE MADE VIA ATM OR INSIDE A BANK THERE WILL BE A 2% FEE

  • Once payment has been made on the sales quote, kindly note you have accepted items as per sales quote.

  • Orders can't be changed once payment has been made.

  • Unfortunately we don't do refunds
