Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Gauteng Province: Standard delivery fee is R105. Any order received before 10 am will be delivered the same day, unless the area is considered a risky area, in which case the order may be delivered the following day.

Outside Gauteng: Standard delivery fee is R130. Delivery times range from 1-3 business days anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery Method: We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes - International orders

International Orders: Ital-Sea moss is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Custom Courier: If you prefer, you can arrange for a courier company of your choice to collect your order. Please note that Ital-Sea moss will not be held liable for any damages that may occur once the order has been collected by the customer’s chosen courier.
