Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Any return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email our customer service team at info@ital-seamoss.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Sea Moss Gels unless returned same day of delivery/receival 

  • Sale items or promotional offers

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by Ital- Sea Moss is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ital- Sea Moss will contact you with alternatives.

We'd like you to be happy with your purchase from us. Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels, we do not accept returns. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please contact us before placing your order.​

Refunds

We do not offer refunds but replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within same day of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, please contact us within same day of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a refund ,as well as collection of the incorrect product

If you receive the wrong/damaged product you must contact our WhatsApp line on the same day of delivery on 074 776 1991 or Call us on 062 268 4194 or send email to info@ital-seamoss.co.za.

 

We will check our system to see what went wrong. If there was any mix-up with your order, we will arrange to swap the wrong product for the one you actually ordered.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
