Sea Moss and Avocado Toast


 

Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup sea moss

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 slices of toast

Instructions:


  1. Soak the sea moss in water for at least 1 hour and drain.

  2. Mash the avocado in a small bowl and mix in the olive oil and lemon juice.

  3. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast slices.

  4. Sprinkle the sea moss over the avocado and season with salt and pepper to taste.
