Blueberry Muffin with Sea Moss | Breakfast

Ingredients


All you need to make your own Baking Blueberry Muffin with Sea Moss with so much health benefits.

  • 1 cup of hemp/almond milk

  • 3⁄4 Cup Teff powder

  • 1/3 cup agave syrup raw

  • 1⁄2 cup blueberry

  • 1⁄4 Cup Seamos Gel / Grape seed oil as needed

  • 3⁄4 Cup Kamut powder (Gluten-Free Brown Bread Flour)

  • 1⁄2 tsp. Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Combine the milk, flour, salt, sea moss, and agave nectar in a mixing bowl. Add the blueberries and stir to combine.

  3. Pour the batter into a muffin pan that has been coated with grapeseed oil.

  4. Preheat oven to 176°C and bake for 25–30 minutes.

  5. Ready to Serve.
